OCR Factory arranges Finlands first open OCR- and HYROX -competitions inside and you are welcome to join!

Whether you are a occasional athlete, active trainer or an elite level competitior, now is the time to measure your ability and try what its like to compete in Finlands greatest functional training centre.

For you to choose from there are 2 fast paced events, and 2 sets according to your level.

Entry fee: 49€/competiton

HYROX

HYROX is a fast paced sports competition, which comprises of 8 rounds. Each round starts with a 1 kilometer run (8x120m =960m), after which we complete one of 8 previously chosen fucntional HYROX –moves. Read more about HYROX here.

Race Weekend –competition official moves are:

1) 1000m Skierg

2) 75/100x Frontwards swing with a kettlebell (16/18/20kg)

3) 72m Burpee-jumps

4) 200m Farmer walk (16/24/32kg)

5) 1000m Row

6) 96m Crouch-Step walk (10/20/25kg)

7) 75/100x Butterfly crunches

8) 75/100x Wall Ball throws(4/6/8kg)

The competition has both general and PRO -series of movements. Movement repetition amount goes accordingly: womens/ womens PRO & mens & mens PRO. In other words movement repetitions in womens general series is 75 and in other series is 100.

The weights vary according to each series like so: womens/ womens PRO & mens/ mens PRO.

The official HYROX-competitions cart pushing and pulling is replaced in the competition for functinal reasons by kettlebell swings and butterfly crunches.

OCR RACE

OCR RACE is a classical obstacle-race, in which you use short running forms, different strengths, nimbleness, and speed and stamina requiring obstacles. OCR RACE is Finlands first inside organized OCR –competition.
In the competition there is both general series and a PRO series.

All RACE WEEKEND -partiticpants recieve a participation award, snacks and a great experience. Also in both competition series the top three get a prize.

More important competition info is sent to the participants later.

Particitpating in the competition does not give you any special addition to your membership at OCR factory.
