Class descriptions

CROSSTRAINING

Functional training that combines both strength and cardio.

CARDIO

A coached class with rowing, skiing, exercise bikes and treadmills. At the beginning of the class, you’ll choose a machine that you’ll use for the duration of the class.

OCR Race

The class is held at the OCR zone. It will start with technique training and then we’ll move on to
using the obstacles for a circuit style training.

OCR Training

The class is held at the OCR zone while also using the cardio equipment. We’ll start with a warm-up, after which we’ll move on to circuit training using both obstacles and cardio equipment.

HYROX

A functional training method where we use both cardio equipment and different functional exercises. You can read more about HYDROX from here.

OCR JUNIORS

A seasonal membership with coaching for children aged 9-12, where we use the running track as well as different workout zones (street workout, parkour and OCR).

OCR TEENS

A seasonal membership with coaching for children aged 13-15, where we use the running track as well as different workout zones (street workout, parkour and OCR).

FAMILY HOURS

On saturdays from 13-15 and on sundays from 12-14 are family lessons, which means that there are children roaming around the facotry. Children that have an active monthly pass for MINI-NINJAS, OCR JUNIORS, or TEENS, can come practice with a guardian for free during family lesson hours. If the child is not a member of OCR, their entry fee is 18 euros (which is the normal free training entry fee). Over 12 year olds can come practice without an adult if they have official permission from their legal guardian.

During the family training hours, children who have the OCR membership can invite their parents and siblings to come train for half the price of a regular training fee, so 9 euros per person. To get the discount mention your childs name to the staff at the reception.

If the guardian is only watching over the child, they may enter for free during the family hours. During family hours there are no guided activities. The childs guardian is responsible for them. Guardians who have given permission for over 12 year olds to practice alone are still responsible for them.

During the family hours the facotry is freely in use for other members but they should take into account that there are children roaming around and doing activities. During family hours they also organize birthday parties for children.
